We have young depth on the oline...we'll be getting our injured guys on defense back next year...we just beat the Eagles-Cowgirls-Giants-Ravens on a 4 game winning streak...and we're in the playoff hunt. Morris is a beast..Young is a beast..Garcon..Morgan..it goes on and on and on.
I admire Joe Gibbs so much and I always will...but I gave him hell alot of times when he was here the first go round and he gave us 3 SB trophies. I never was a big fan of Shanahan and had huge doubts about him when he got here. Our defense is lacking big time and it needs to be addressed. But we're building something here. My God the last 4 weeks have been surreal compared to what I've been accustomed to. This year is the first year since I don't know when that we've made such a big step towards being the kind of team we've all been hoping for. It's not perfect..it never will be so I'll still bitch from time to time, especially until this defense gets better, but I have to say the Shanahans..Bruce Allen..even Snyder and many more have gotten us to a place I had begun to doubt we'd ever see again. Just wanted to get that off my chest.
