I voted yes, only because he's had a spate of injuries that doesn't allow him to compete for the starting lineup. If he weren't injured so much, and he's as good as everyone (including Gibbs) says he is, we'd be seeing much more of him.

Hopefully, this is his last injury of the year and he'll be a consistent receiver who breaks into the Top 3.
