Oh it's better then that.... the player can have a prescription but unless the player files the proper paperwork prior to using it and gets the ok from the league then they get punished. Thats what is BS. Aderall for adults helps them focus and one would think thats what the league would want from their players to keep them from getting into trouble off the field.
