At such a young age, you have to think that there was some kind of ongoing condition in his body that caused him to collapse and die. It was cool and relatively dry during the game so heat stroke is an unlikely cause. (Yes, I know that dehydration can occur in conditions less than a heat index of 105; but with temps in the low 60s, that is at least a "less likely" situation than it would be in camp "two-a-days" when the temps are in the 90s.)
