Most people try to stop Peterson by loading the box with 8, but they tend to be spread across the entire line trying to each control a gap. AP is so good at pressing the hole and then doing a jump cut or quick cut that if he can break the LOS, he gets huge yards because the second level is spread thin. He also has a good enough line to create those gaps and to AP's credit, he is great as not only seeing the holes, but getting to those holes quickly.
