However, he ain't gonna move over to defense. One of his major shortcomings as an offensive guard is that he is not quick with his first couple of steps. That's polite; he is REALLY SLOW wioth his first couple of steps and then rumbles into gear. On the DL, that is a ticket outta town.

I hope you're wrong also because this guy is going to be real important if we're going to run the ball. The more zone blocking and stretch run plays we run he wont be pulling out of position so much but he will make small quick movements.(+/- I'm not sure) There is no way this guy is going to be on the DL, he is a hulking mass of an O lineman.
