Answer: It's not.
It's paramount to having a NFL team draft 2 or 3 players from the top 20 every year. They'd destroy the league.

I can't hate the man for being the best recruiter in the nation, possibly ever though. What he's doing is just amazing.
As an individual, yeah, he's easy to dislike, but as a coach, he's making history here.
