I love this quote from the Sporting News: “Simply put, Griffin returned legitimate hope for a championship to the Redskins,” TSN said in announcing the award. “He led them to a division title for the first time since 1999 and created a buzz throughout Washington and the NFL. He put fear in opponents, who knew facing Griffin was like facing lightning ready to strike.”

There were some great quotes about RGIII this year, and my other favorite was Santana Moss after the Vikings game who said something like, "When it becomes a footrace, you know Robert ain't coming in second."

Let's hope our ROY comes back healthy and re-charged.
