Or penalizing the defender for helmet to helmet when the offensive player lowers his head to embrace the hit. In the SB we actually saw a game where they let me play. The best ref is a quiet one IMO.

These two statements don't make sense. So you want people to be serious and aware of concussions (and its consequences); but you don't want any measures to prevent them on the game?
