It's something that should be taken seriously and awareness needs to be made. But they are over enforcing it on the field and it's cause of the lawsuits. It's common sense that if a hand slaps to a qb in the head that it's not going to hurt. Right? Or letting wr catch the ball first, then let him make a move before he can he hit is just ridiculous. Or penalizing the defender for helmet to helmet when the offensive player lowers his head to embrace the hit. In the SB we actually saw a game where they let me play. The best ref is a quiet one IMO.

These two statements don't make sense. So you want people to be serious and aware of concussions (and its consequences); but you don't want any measures to prevent them on the game?
