I agree mathieu is a hardnosed football player. He always finds a way to the football. Sure he's small. Sure he is "weak" for not putting up 225lb 10 or more times. The point is I can name a lot of NFL guys who don't have the measurable a but can play.
Russell Wilson (height)
Boldin (speed)
Antoine Winfield (height and injury history)
Bob sanders (height and injury history-that one he couldn't seem to shake off)
Tom Brady (speed, frame, arm strength)
Darren sproles (size)
Drew Brees (height, arm strength)

The list goes on and on
