I don't know where you get value starter from? He's going to get top 5 RT money. That's not value as I see it. That being said, I would love to find a way to still get him in a Skins uniform. He was interviewed on Sirius XM NFL Radio this morning and made it sound like money will still be a big factor but looking at a team that can contend will be important too. Climb on the RGIII express Mr. Winston.
