Just a little nugget though about your other comment, The ravens secondary which they won the super bowl with was; Cary Williams (FA) Corey Graham (FA) Bernard Pollard (FA) and Ed Reed (drafted) They had just gotten Corey Graham that offseason so that was his first year playing; Cary Williams and Pollard came in last year. So there is some method to my madness of building a secondary. Like I say build through the draft, occasional FA. Just because I want these two FA's doesn't mean my team is fixed, I'm still going to draft guys to have them learn and develop behind them or incase the FAs don't work out.

Not the same as you suggested. Your suggestion amounts to gutting the secondary and starting from scratch, not the Ravens method of adding pieces over a couple of years to go with a wiley old vet.
