We said this last year too...but Tampa Bay has a TON of cap space to spend. Last year they got VJax and some solid linemen.

This year, they should make some huge moves again. They're really stingy with their money though. They can and should spend more.

Dashon Goldson is close to signing there. Revis is a rumor. They've spoken to Grimes, Landry, Avril Derrick Cox and Sean Smith.



So far, the Colts and Dolphins have been making some good moves.
