And had he drove a garbage truck at high speed (now its an assault garbage truck) into/thru the cafeteria he would have gotten a lot more too, so why pick on what you think is an assault weapon.

Did you watch his interaction? He clearly tells the cop he kill more if he didn't need to reload.
