Totally agree. He is a really good player but darn, giving up two 1st round picks to pay a non-QB 10 to 14 percent of the cap for the next 4 years is a huge huge risk.
Was 2017 a down year for him? He wasn't an all pro, but is getting all pro money.
All of that, while the QB position is a question mark. Who knows what Mitch T will be at this point.
This has the same vibe as RGIII. It may work out but darn, that's a huge risk at a huge cost.
