I think Cleveland's new GM knows QBs, and I doubt he thinks any of these qb's are gold star players. That's why I think he takes Barkley as his signature player, and builds the team with the oodles of picks they have. If you take a qb high second, and he doesn't work you can cut ties and be forgiven, but as we all know, if you take a qb in the top 5 -10 picks your career is staked to making him work.
