He's only 8(?) games in so we'll see how he bounces back. Similar to draft picks I think you need a good 3 years or so before you can judge a coach.
OUR Gruden for example came to a team depleted of talent and has since then turned it around. Let's see if his Big Bro can do the same.
However, I do like Jay more than Jon at this point. His offense (when clicking) seems more creative and effective, especially in the passing game. Again, we'll see what happens when Jon has "his" team put together.
Side Note/Joke: If recent history is any indicator this Mullens kid only needs another 5 or 6 games like that to get a $100 Million contract out of John Lynch.
