Eli looks like that guy at work who hates his job and his life. He constantly bitches about millennials he works with and dreads going home to his 400lbs high school sweetheart.
He needs To put up with this shit for two more years to get his full pension so he needs to do just enough to stay on the payroll while doing so little everyone hates him.
