Our problems start and end with Snyder. He can't attract great coaches (they learn how not to do it here, then leave), that in turn means we can't attract top FAs, we have poor talent guys so we miss on more picks than we hit on, and as said elsewhere, there's no energy for the players to feed off. The only way we have a chance to get back to being one of the best franchises its if Snyder sells.
They say the definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different result. Well that's Snyder, and he isn't going to change.
