We will see. I think it will backfire on incumbents in general, house and senate.
Edit: 23 republican senators and 12 democratic senators are up in 2020, so it will certainly be a tell tale of how the man on the ground felt about all this. The one added factor will be RBGs health and replacement. That is going to draw liberals in droves.
