Yup, work in court services unit and did intake for these cases...definitely correct. The one that sticks with me was an older lady who had been married for over 20 years. She had come in from a county over in an effort to be discreet and out of fear. It was the only time I remember my director overhearing the statement, came out and actually did the intake to ensure everything done correctly. She had dealt with it for her entire marriage.
