Just listened to Rivera speak on PFT Live and he was pretty adamant that they are going into this offseason with Sam Howell as the starter and finding another QB to "compete" is the word he used. That “compete” word…does he mean sign a journeyman vet like Brissett or draft Anthony Richardson? That’s two different meanings
