Re: Why moving on from Bruce Allen this year is pivotal to the future of the franchise.

Sadly i believe winning today may have help Bruce stay here. They've won two in a row now. All the other NFC East teams have lost their games two weeks in a row, and the skins are winning.

Regardless of whether we finish 3-13, or 5-11, or even if they somehow run the tables now and finish 7-9, Bruce has the perfect explanation already prepared as to why he should stay.

He can point out that Jay went 0-5, and was also playing a quarterback that Dan & Bruce didn't want. By the time they made the coaching change, Bruce can say that Jay already had them in a hole that they could not overcome. He will bring up the continued development of Haskins. It may be enough to convince Dan to keep him (Bruce) here a little while longer.
