Funny how the vibe by some on O’Connell reminds me of what people thought of McVay early on, heck even when he left plenty didn’t care or think it was significant.

Maybe we are chasing his ghost, or maybe it’s the fact you don’t make that mistake twice.

It’s damn near impossible to attract a talented HC candidate from the outside right now, best bet is to bring one up from within. Maybe we can luck into O’Connell being that guy.
