In fact, he has done at least three things that are extremely stupid in his dealings with AP. The third thing is not to start him. There is no reason not to start him at this point and have him split the work with Guice. It is simply a matter of showing respect to AP for all he has done. Guice would understand that. This is not a RB problem. This is a management problem. It looks like JG would rather throw away a very valuable team resource and treat a player (AP) unfairly and disrespectfully in order to evade his own management problem. Now that JG has made the situation worse than it needed to be, he must fix it. If he can't fix it, it will surely do harm to his own career.
Here we have yet another self-inflicted wound to a Redskins executive. Stupid, stupid, stupid.

Overall it just really amazes me how bad management can turn one of the very few excellent squads of this team into a situation. Ask New Orleans if having 2 excellent running backs wanting to play was an issue for them... jeeeez...
