Re: Skins/Cardinals MVP
Campbell, he played a smart game and made no mistakes. He should have another 70 yds and a td too if not for a stupid penalty.

Re: Skins/Cardinals MVP
I dont know why that penalty wasnt assesed after the touchdown. That had nothing to do with the outcome of the play

Re: Skins/Cardinals MVP
For the 2nd week in a row I'm going with JC. Another very solid outing.

campbell. keeps improving, made clutch plays, no ints, 70% completion-- i mean, what else can the guy do? he didn't run it for a td i guess. . . bastard.

Re: Skins/Cardinals MVP
Its hard not to give it to Campbell. The numbers speak for themselves, however I gave it to Carlos Rogers because I think his TO really changed the momentum of the game. He came thru in the clutch

meanwhile...neither Leinart, V.Young, Alex Smith, and a few other were not in the lineup.

That is what I said. 99% personal foul is assed on the KO. Just like Bush's PF.

Re: Skins/Cardinals MVP
I'm going with Rogers who finally caught the pick for once in his life, and it was BIG. Without that our D might have let up another touchdown.

Re: Skins/Cardinals MVP
I almost voted other, cuz Zorn's playcalling was outstanding, but I guess he can't get a game ball (can he?).
So I voted for the JC. |

Re: Skins/Cardinals MVP
The penalty occurred while the play was ongoing, not after the play, therefore it was assessed on the play. Whether it should have been a penalty is about the same as SD crying about their penalty, all they had to do was stop them. They didn't. We did. We Rule!

Re: Skins/Cardinals MVP
Campbell is my MVP for being patient and making great decisions on two long TD drives. His numbers should have been even better but for the stupid penalty on Heyer.
Carlos Rogers is much further along than I ever imagined he would be coming off two torn knee ligaments. His getting up and returning the INT 45 yards turned the momentum for good. |

Re: Skins/Cardinals MVP
I'm torn between cambell and rogers. Rogers picked it off in the clutchest moment of the game for our defense, then on the other hand jason cambell finished it off. BUT, I'm gona have to go with rogers because he brought it into the redzone for the game winning score. Not to mention he was all over the field, tipping passes and making tackles, and that int was one hell of an individual effort, the man was on the ground and jumped up with his knees to make the catch... coming from a guy who RARELY comes up with an int. So, im gona have to go with rogers on this one, but it was close, the whole team really stepped up

Re: Skins/Cardinals MVP
Gotta give it to JC. He looked sharp again and that 3rd TD should have stood. That personal foul on Heyer was crap.
