ESPN's Cold Pizza - 2/17/06
Did anyone see this today with Michael Irvin on instead of Woody Paige? It was horrible. They were talking about the biggest Hall of Fame snub and Irvin said the biggest one was Art Monk. Then Skip Bayless started talking and he just said that he is so tired of hearing about how Art Monk should be in the hall. He said Michael Irvin was the biggest snub...what a dumb suck-up. Then for some reason they started talking to Deion Sanders on the phone and Skip said that Sanders was the best cornerback ever and he should have retired before he went to the redskins(which is the only thing I agree with). This guy is retarded though. How does he still have a job

As for Irvin...I like the guy. I'm not gonna hate him just because he played for the Cowboys. |

Do you think that Skip Bayless comes up with his puns on his own or does he have someone help him? I swear to God, if I hear him say something like "Terrell Owens, more like Terrible Owens" one more time I'm gonna get a contract on his pompus head.
Skip Bayless, more like Skip Speakless (my mom helped me with that)...

Re: ESPN's Cold Pizza - 2/17/06
Is there a limit on the amount of years a person can be eligible for the H.O.F.? Monk has been on the ballot for, I think, 7 years now, can he just stay on it forever or will his name be removed if he keeps getting screwed?
And one more thing that pisses me off about that prick, Skip Bayless. He ALWAYS makes the same stupid comment that it's the Hall of Fame, not the Hall of the Very Good. So is that why he doesn't think that Monk should get in? Was Monk not as quotable as some former players, or as infamous? Irving actually made a good point on Cold Pizza last week: he said what a lot of us have been saying for years, that when Art retired he held a ton of NFL records that have only recently been broken. So shouldn't this make the man 'famous' and noteworthy? I hope Peter King accidently sits on Skip Bayless and crushes him, but not before SB's boney-face slices King's fat ass like broken glass.

Re: ESPN's Cold Pizza - 2/17/06
Did anyone see Cold Pizza today? Whoever the other guy (Not Woody or Jay) on 1st and 10 ripped Skip a new one. It was almost as good as when Jay Feely showed up on Cold Pizza, but that was more of Skip being scared shitless than being destoryed in competitive banter.
On a side note: Did anybody else think the NBA All-Star uniforms the worst thing you've seen since the Seahawks old uniform? |
