Peyton Manning?

Just thought I'd add another name to the list of players we won't be getting this offseason. To add to the list of Odel Thurman, Patrick Kerney, and Dwight Freeney.

Oh well.

Does anyone have the number for Carson Palmer's agent?

Re: Peyton Manning?

Yeah, but the good news is that we get to play against "Peyton Lite" (Eli) twice a year without Tiki to bail him out.

I like "Diet Peyton" better.

Re: Peyton Manning?

My friends and I always refer to Eli as "The Lesser Manning."

I heard Champ wants to come back to Washington for the veteran's minimum. Should we take him?

My signature used to be "Eli Manning = Billy Ripken," maybe I should go back to that one...

A friend of mine worked at a baseball camp near B'more a couple of summers ago and one day they had Cal and Billy come by as guest speakers and they signed a bunch of autographs and crap. Apparently my buddy saw a little kid go up to Billy and say something like "Hey, you're Cal's brother, right?" and Billy got all pissed and just totally ripped the little kid a new one. He was yelling that he had a good pro career and that he's so sick of people only knowing him as "Cal's Brother" and made the kid cry.
Good times.

Re: Peyton Manning?

Billy's only claim to fame is his 1989 Fleer baseball card, strewn with profanity on the bat knob...

another name not coming to the Skins: Jonathan Babineaux
