Report: Ray Brown Accepts Coaching Job with Bills
I just heard on Sportstalk 980 that Ray Brown was hired by the Buffalo Bills as an Offensive Line Coach. Sorry guys, I don't have a link yet, but when I find it, I'll post it.
I was thinking that maybe the Redskins could hire him if Buges wasn't retained. I wonder if Derrick Dockery had anything to do with this? |

Re: Ray Brown
I'm sure Dock had some input. Don't forget Robert Royal also plays out there. And...Buffalo has some good young talent. Marshawn Lynch anyone?

Re: Ray Brown
That sucks. I liked watching him on Redskins post game.
But really that's great news for Ray he is a class act with a wealth on knowledge to pass on after his remarkably long career.

Re: Ray Brown
I guess he's replacing this guy:
Kugler Named Offensive Line Coach - Buffalo Bills It seemed more a matter of formality than anything else, but Bills assistant offensive line coach and Lockport native Sean Kugler was promoted to offensive line coach Wednesday. He replaces the recently retired Jim McNally.

That's a good opportunity for Ray, I'm happy for him, and I'm sure he will do a fine job. He certainly paid his dues as a player.

Thats great for Ray, a class act! I was hoping we would get a coaching gig with the skins. I remember in 2006 when Joe put him on the staff to be a consultant/mentor and he did quite well.
I also will miss him on the post game show for the away games. I wish him the very best, he will do a fine job!
