Sean Taylor has 8 tackles and 1 assist, best on the team. Just because he comes into the play late, doesn't mean he was supposed to be there.

This thread sounds like a Danny Snyder thread.

One week Gardner sucks and should be cut. The next week, he's great.

One week Bowen sucks and should be benched. The next week, he's great.

One week Ramsey sucks. The next week, he should be starting.

One week Taylor is a stud. The next week, he should be cut.

See a pattern?

Have some patience. This isn't fantasy football.

I guess I see where you're coming from, but why isn't there any consistency?

Maybe Joe Gibbs and staff are TOO NICE (IE Monday Night Football question....Parcells coaches on the hate technique , while Gibbs uses love)....could you imagine a player fumbling or dropping a pass on a Parcells coached team..................

Maybe it's time for some NO TOLERANT tough love!!!!! I thought with Joe's attention to detail we would be the team with the least turnovers, least penalized team, the team with the LEAST mistakes.............

:confused-

So Coles and Portis are going to be benched? That's crazy. I frankly don't care what Parcells does. You don't bench 2 of the best guys on the team.

Our offense might look a bit better if Brunell could throw farther than my girlfriend.

Do you often find yourself fighting with your girlfriend after Redskins games?

Good Points Ramsey fan.......but I just can't tolerate the sloppiness and the mistakes..........(fumbles, dropped passes, penalties, POOR TIME MANAGEMENT-timeouts etc..........)

I don't believe Brunell played badly today; the receivers aren't getting open downfield. Mark Brunell still has an arm left, but the receivers are going to have to show up every week. I think Gardner caught, what, one pass? When the posse was in D.C., Gary Clark was a threat and if he was covered, Ricky Sanders was the deep threat and if both were covered, then Art Monk could get open as a possession receiver. Right now, we have Coles who isn't 100%...the only real deep threat we have. Rod Gardner hasn't proven to be a deep threat or to get open deep down the field on a consistant basis.

As for Portis, I don't care if he gets 238 yards a game or if he gets 38 yards, he needs to hold on to the football; four games and four fumbles. The defense has played outstanding for the most part, but they cannot carry the team alone (Baltimore that year is the exception to the rule!)

I agree with Bozzy, I think this year is just a year for Gibbs to get the rust off, because right now, they don't look like they have any fire in them. I dunno though, its just hard for me to believe that the Dallas game took THAT much out of them!
