Maurkice Pouncey supplants Justin Hartwig - Worth a look?

Anyone a little more familiar with Justin Hartwig? I'm thinking he would be an upgrade over Rabach, but I'm not sure it's enough to warrant the $. Dude's 32 years old, so it's not a long term fix...
