I don't see Breeland on your list.

Long. He got some reps there this offseason, and if I kept LeRibeus or Reiter as backup centers Compton would be the only backup tackle. Went with Cofield instead.

Re: 53-man Roster Predictions

I would try to trade Roberts to Carolina who are thin at the WR position and add Ross to the roster.

Re: 53-man Roster Predictions

Breeland is off the roster Week 1 due to his suspension. He'll be back Week 2.

I like the idea of trading Roberts away, but who takes his place? Grant's more of an outside receiver, and is Crowder ready?

Tandler sums it up.

I don't think Hamm will make the final cut.

Based on the metrics over the course of the season and next year's cap, would we be better cutting Griffin and keeping Ty Long as a kick off specialist?

Or perhaps somebody else?

the points differential worst to first on kickoffs is 23 points/year (if you think FO's analysis is accurate). we were -8.4 on kickoffs, best was +10.4 (worst -12.6) - those numbers are points (based on average scoring chance of a drive based on starting field position).

if we're never starting rgiii, we might want to jettison him and his drama (no one's going to trade for him at 16m/year), but in the long run, we're not winning anything this year, so it doesn't really matter.

Keep Roberts he's a solid 3 for another yr. Then crowder can take it

Crowder is ready in my opinion, so is Grant. Get some salary cap space and add Ross to the roster.

I like Ross, but I don't see how. I doubt they keep more than 6 receivers and Spencer is more valuable on special teams.

Re: 53-man Roster Predictions

I really want to see Griffin get cut, but I dunno if they do it. Gotta cut or trade roberts, doesn't matter if Crowder is ready, Roberts makes too many mistakes.

Amerson could get cut, he has to be close.
