Tampa Bay Injury Report

Their LT was injured in practice yesterday and is listed as questionable, along with DT Wyms, DE Rice, and CB Bolden.

BTW, for anyone who cares, Peter King has picked us to beat the Bucs by 16 points. I personally don't hate the guy (he's possibly seen the light about Monk and he doesn't appear to have an anti-Redskins bias).

Re: Tampa Bay Injury Report

Every single team whines about that whole media bias bullshit. Every single team that has been bad for a while, or is just bad this year constantly calls NFL radio complaining about media bias.

Fact is, fans are often too into their team to realize that they do infact have big problems and do suck. IE earlier this year people complaining about power rankings. Who was right. The "Redskin hating media who never give us any credit."

You're not given credit, you earn it. And we havent done that for over 10 years.

Re: Tampa Bay Injury Report

With all these guys being out, PLUS them losing McFarland, we should be able to DOMINATE the Bucs.

TMC, we should have dominated the Vikings and Titans. Even more so the Bears should have dominated the Dolphins.

We need to win, I think we will, but we also need a convincing win. The Bucs give us the best chance to win big and give the team a boost.

Re: Tampa Bay Injury Report

I think the team has been playing flat all year. If anything gives us a spark, it's th is. Even in the Jacksonville and Dallas games, the defense looked flat as hell.

Re: Tampa Bay Injury Report

He's gotten closer than most people give him credit for. Remember too that the LB behind him is playing like shit as of late. I'm giving him until the end of the season.

Re: Tampa Bay Injury Report

also, Buccaneers running back Michael Pittman is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Redskins with a shoulder injury. He played through the injury during Monday night's loss to the Panthers.

We obviously dont have much of an option. I just havent seen speed or a burst from him yet, and I think that is really important as a DE.

Re: Tampa Bay Injury Report

I think it's his base that's the problem. He might have huge guns for arms, but his lower body doesn't seem very powerful.

This is why I want us to look at a run-stopping DE that has a little pass rush in them in the draft.

Re: Tampa Bay Injury Report

If Simeon Rice misses the game (see "News" forum), that would take a lot of pressure off Campbell. Rice is a sack machine.

Re: Tampa Bay Injury Report

Especially against Samuels. Samuels gets ABUSED by Rice every time we play the Bucs.
