Redskins/Jets Game to be broadcast live on NFL-N

Sorry, I don't have a link but it's on the on-screen guide for 7pm on Saturday. I'm sure it will be the Jets feed for all of the Favre-mania, but for us out of market Skins fans it will be great to see 3 weeks of live Redskins preseason football! The TIVO is already set!

I'll take any chance I get to watch the games on national TV.

I knew it! I love that I get to see three Skins games in a row out of market. I'm skipping the saints first home preseason game to watch the Skins. (saints season ticket holder, Skins fan from Virginia for life!)

I don't wish any ill will on Farve, I like Farve, HOWEVER, I don't like the fiasco that has happened between he and the Packers and I side with the Packers on how they dealt with him. "I'm retired, I'm not retired, you have to take me back"? Like That happens in the real world!

That being said, I will be honest and say I would chuckle a little if the Redskins hurt Farve , just a little, next Saturday night. The Messiah has arrived in New York, to get knocked out in his first appearance. That would be funny. Not the whole year mind you, but just for a game or so.

All I know is Favre had to run a penalty lap for not covering up a fumbled snap. I found that hilarious. I do not find career or season ending injuries funny however.

Re: Redskins/Jets Game to be broadcast live on NFL-N

Was anyone having trouble with the feed for last week's game against the Bills? NFL Network HD on Cox in Virginia Beach crapped out after 15 min. or so, then I had to switch over to the local CBS affiliate which wasn't carrying it in full HD.

And like everybody knows, once you've seen a football game in full HD, then have to go back to non-HD, it's almost not worth watching.
