I dont agree with that at all. Sanders is still fast as shit, and has great hands. He was an effective receiver before, i think he would be again.
Name one receiver (not te) on the ravens thats better than sanders?

Kevin Johnson is proboly a better reciver than Sanders. I could see them using Deion though, to have some sort of a threat reciving. I mean their reciving threat is a joke, they have Heap who is quite good, but still a tight end, so theres no deep threat there. If they double Johnson, then theres no passing threat at all, espiecilally when Boller cant get the ball to anyone.

First Sanders, then Champ, then Sanders again is more like it. It's not uncommon for coaches to want to use some of their DBs as WRs. I've heard Gruden wants to use Ronde Barber in the offense a bit too.

gruden needs to use someone... problem with dbs is that their hands just aren't as good.

Saying Sanders would be the better than all of the other Ravens receivers is not really saying much. |

Say what you will about Deion, he's still a better WR than Champ.

I guess the Cleveland game didn't leave much of an impression on people. He didn't do anything!!! He's still afraid to make contact. If you think Boller needs a deep threat, you are seriously misguided. He just wants completions and those come from crossing routes, hooks etc... If you think Deion is going across the middle... well he may but he won't be catching any passes. It might damage his psyche!

Deion wasn't brought in to tackle so I don't think the Ravens really care about that.
Does anyone know if there were any completions against him? |
