I heard Jim Zorn mention this in an interview so I thought I'd research it. It turns out that I've got to get the book. Does anyone have any first hand information about "Dynosaur Training"?

Whats up Trample ? D. Training is something like what you would see in a strongman event . Hammer swinging , rock throwing , carrying sandbags uphill , ect. Just curious , what did coach Zorn say about the training ?
