Joe T. Prediction for this season
Check out Redskins.com for an interesting interview with Theisman. He predicts the Skins will win 10 games or more this season.

Re: Joe T. Prediction for this season
That's nice to hear. It'd be nicer if it wasn't coming from the same guy who said Darrell Green won't make the Hall of Fame

Re: Joe T. Prediction for this season
I loved watching Joey T, but to be honest, he's an idiot. I remember him saying we hadn't seen the last of Lawrence Phillips too. And if Im not mistaken, I think he said we would have 9 or 10 wins last year. Joe's not the brightest guy in the world.

Re: Joe T. Prediction for this season
Joe is a fan of the Skins and of Joe Gibbs.
He's a homer, nothing wrong with that. We have enough haters out there. |

Re: Joe T. Prediction for this season
True enough, I live in Charlotte and on a local radio show before the season last year he said the same thing about the Panthers. Joe is all about keeping himself in front of the camera these days.
I dont want to hijack the thread but when did Joe make such an idiotic statement about Darrell Green?

Re: Joe T. Prediction for this season
I agree Celts, Joey T. is one of my all time favorites too.
Maybe I'm just a hopeless homer but I've always liked him in the booth. |

To be honest who here thinks Darrell Green is a shoe-in for a spot on the HOF? I don't!

Re: Joe T. Prediction for this season
Listen, Im as big a Skins fan as there is, Im sure we are all in the same boat together, we love our team very very passionately. But the fact is, Joey T is one of the worst analysts out there. Here's my all time favorite Joey T quote:
"Nobody in the game of football should be called a genius. A genius is somebody like Norman Einstein." The guy was great to watch as a player, but he's not the sharpest knife in the drawer, that's all Im saying. For you Joey T lovers, I don't mean anything by it, I just call a spade a spade. Oh, and I for one think Darrell Green should be a shoe in for the HOF. |

Darrell played beyondthe numbers. He impacted the gameplans of his opponents. Until Art gets in, there are no shoe-ins - but Darrell comes close.

Re: Joe T. Prediction for this season
Thanks for the link TAFKAS...Darrell Green is one of the greatest corners in the history of the NFL. Name 3 who were better. You can't.
Hall of Fame no doubt. 1st ballot
