Below is a list of Free agents I would like to see the Skins Target. I have listed the ages because I really like that we are building our team with young up & coming players.

4 David Givens 25 59 2 Good Young Poss WR
5 Keenan McCardell 36 70 9 Has great Chemistry w/Brunell
6 Joe Jurevicius 31 55 10 Tall Poss WR (Great hands)
7 Az-Zahir Hakim 28 34 2 Can also return punts
8 Nate Burleson 24 30 1 RFA Depends on cost

That's a good list.

You have more time on your hands than I do today

I do think we'll get our guys re-signed before delving into the FA market.

I too agree with Wayne and Robinson. I think we can get Wayne for less than people think. I don't see him getting a bigger deal than Santana though.

Which of our guys are you saying we re-sign? I'd like to see some 'tough' cuts made to take this team to the next level. Just like we let Coles stupid ass go, there are a rack of guys we can upgrade! I like Vanden Bosch and and Wayne (though i'm not sure if he and Moss will like being together again) and Robinson may not be a Gibbs' guy. Demetric Evans is solid in a reserve role. Clancy and Bernard are intriguing. Any good FA DBs or punters?

Re: Free Agent Wish List

I like bernand cause he'd be cheap and we'd only need him as a #3 so wasting money on someone like hovan (who would be an upgrade, but an unneeded one) would be a waste. You left kampman (6.5 sacks 82 tackles) of your DE list, and i think that's a shame, cause he'll be cheaper than mathis/JA/bosch and still very productive. I personally am against JA cause of his attitude and some of his actions.

Re: Free Agent Wish List

agree with kampman.
would also look at moulds if he is released
howard would be a great addition. it is health and not attitude that is the problem. plus, he has played inside the way k lang and daniels and wynn have at times, so he lends a lot of versatility.

others to consider would be andre carter, if he bulks up a little and plays like KGB or charles haley.

I agree with you Dmek. Randel el does so much for an offense.

Re: Free Agent Wish List

also, raheem brock of indy would be another fine addition.

expect the skins to act suddenly on the first day of free agency as always..

finally, i am not enamored of abraham who is a fine player but not a gibbs type of player. he gets nicked a lot and worst of all, he goes public with his issues all the time. i would be surprised if he is the man they go after

Re: Free Agent Wish List

edwards is a very intriguing player. he is so much like ogunleye inthat he was hurt his senior year in college and has come along slowly as a pro. he is very explosive off the edge. but he played on a poor defense so you never know what to expect.

we are likely to need some depth at safety and corner. clark should be resigned and bowen will be gone as will harris. jimoh has improved and is a great special teams player. we need another corner from somewhere, or from the draft. same with safety as stoutmire is a step slow in coverage and prioleau is all heart, but a sub and special teamer at best. i really like mickell of the eagles.. he is a RFA and is buried behind lewis and dawkins, but is very solid

Re: Free Agent Wish List

only problem with randle el is how small he is. we would be back in the situation of having all small receivers. brunell seems to have trouble finding them. it would be very nice to have a big bodied guy to get first downs and to catch the fade route in the end zone

I want to them add Antwan Randle-El and either Jurevicius or Antonio Bryant. I don't believe that a big bodied receiver is necessary, but I think that Jurevicius or Bryant can really help this team.

i think seattle will make a big effort to resign jurevicius. he was one of the prime saviors of their season. when jackson went down and warrick turned out to be a bust, he and engram carried the receiver corps. he came up big time and time again. not only was he a possession receiver, but he also made some big long gains. his pass completion over rogers on the improvised play against the skins was just another example of how he and hasselbeck were really on the same page. he will not be expensive to resign (i would guess) and seattle should make an effort to get him.

bryant is another matter. he has a world of talent but was so immature even parcells could not tolerate him. the question is what player you would get. to spent a lot of money on him is rolling the dice. the question would be whether he implodes again. i would rather the team go after someone less risky or, inthe case of koren robinson, someone who is likely not to cost as much as bryant is looking to get. on the other hand, except in the playoffs
plaxico burress came up huge for the giants. is that what someone would get from bryant? or from robinson? that is why wideouts are so risky
