F*** this draft coverage
Seriously guys, I love the draft bc its something to do this offseason, but it seems like ESPN overdoing like crazy each year, and Im sick of it. It is obvious bc they have financial intrests vested with the NFL, and even more this year bc they are showing MNF. Am I the only one that feels this way? Im freaking sick and tired of seeing the same news report over and over, Mel Kiper Jr's goddamn hair, that dude with the big head and glasses that looks like chicken little. Freaking SportsCenter is nothing but football, and I love football its my favorite, but this is starting to make me sick. I really do not like baseball, but for all the baseball fans out there, ESPN has totally been giving it alot less attention for the last month or so. I do, however, love basketball, and there is limited analysis about the playoff games, in comparsion to the amount they put into the draft. I do not want to have to switch over from SC to ESPN2 for Stephen A. Smith's "Look at me im such a badass so I am going to yell and be pissed off when I talk about bball" analysis, I want to see it on SC, bc its called SC not DraftCenter!! And for those who are happy with this kind of draft coverage, I really think it takes away from the actually draft, by overhyping it. Seriously guys, if it keeps going this way ESPN should start its draft special right after the draft is over, so they can tap into the market early for the next season after that.

Re: F*** this draft coverage
The Draft is great but i agree that ESPN puts to much Draft coverage on. There is only so much that you can say about a player, his family, background and training habits. However i still watch and watch and watch, and not much changes. Does anyone think that they should speed up the draft and only give the teams 10? I mean they have from January till now to decide what they want to do or identify their needs.

Re: F*** this draft coverage
I bet if ESPN cut back on their coverage there would be people complaining that there was no good coverage on the NFL draft.

Re: F*** this draft coverage
Everything is overhyped these days. Why would the draft be any different?
