What's your argument? After yesterdays game, Brunell is 12th in passing yards and rating(middle of the pack). He's also 23rd in passing touchdowns, with five TD's in six games...

I'm a numbers guy myself, so here's a few more stats.

Passer rating for each game:

Vikings - 76.9
Cowboys - 61.6
Texans - 119.3
Jaguars - 117.2
Giants - 68.2
Titans - 68.8

That looks like the definition of inconsistence to me. If everything isn't going perfectly in Washington's favor, he falls apart.

I don't want to hear anyone defending Brunell anymore. Brunell is inaccurate on short passes (which constitute 95% of his throws) and even more inaccurate on deep throws. He's just bad. It's about time for people to admit that Brunell officially IS a problem on offense.

Brunell's only reads are basically #89 and #47 on most plays. It's a joke that Lloyd is only getting about 1 catch a game. That final pick is a prime example of Brunell's tunnel vision for Moss. I'd love to see film of that final pick - with 4 blue jerseys in Moss's vicinity, I'd bet that both ARE and Lloyd were running free.

Bench Brunell? But a QB with no starting experience might have thrown a stupid interception into triple coverage to end our last chance of coming back. We can't take that kind of risk, we need a savvy vet to throw a stupid interception into triple coverage to end our last chance of coming back.
