The White Rapper Show
I don't know if anyone has caught this show yet, but it is hilarious. I guess you should watch it if you are into hip-hop. Some of the people are talented, while others are just, interesting....
But it's a cool show, check it out.

Re: The White Rapper Show
I like the show. I forgot the girls name, the bigger one, she has skills. The rest are okay but she looks like the front runner to me. A couple of the guys are okay but that little crazy chick is annoying to me. MC. Search is the shit, he's credible so it makes the show legit. I can't wait to see Lord Jamal talking about the Ghetto Revival with the King of the Suburbs !!!!!!

Re: The White Rapper Show
The channel that has brought us such classics as Flavor of Love 1 & 2 , none other than VH-1

Re: The White Rapper Show
VH-1, is that channel still around? Wow, I didn't know that. What is the premise of this show?

When i found out Ego Trip was behind the production, I gave it a chance (ET is a socially conscious production group). Basically, the show is like MTV's "Making The Band" for white rappers... put a bunch of aspiring artists in a house together and find a winner. This show is a bit different though, because Ego Trip made it a point to inject real hip hop culture into it (in addition to subtle witty writing re: racial topics... watch the episode with the Family Fued type game show, "Affirmative Reaction" with the departing gift of "White Privilege" cologne). I'm glad Serch is the host... appearances thus far from Grandmaster Cas, Kurtis Blow, Prince Paul, Brand Nubian... I think the overall point of the show is to show viewers (many of whom are probably similar to most of the cast members- unaware of true hip hop) the true history of the genre while providing a hilarious look at some of these contestants. |
