Springs hasn't completed a 16 game season since 2000. I have a feeling the starting CB line-up will be Clements and Rogers. That's IF we land him. I don't think he's worth Adam Archuleta $$$. The Skins have about $4.5 million in cap dollars. The Bills and Detroit, who also has man love for Clements (and who told CB Dre' Bly to go away) each have $30 million+ cap room. They each could outbid the Redskins if they want. Of course, our guys have been very clever with contracts. Could turn out that Clements signs with Detroit and Bly cascades to us. |
