About time someone gives the NFL a good name

With all this crap about Micheal Vick and the Dog Fighting, Pacman Jones and Strippers and the Bengals getting more arrests than wins. Its nice to see someone helping out a person in need

there are enough good guys in the NFL. the press figures reading about them is boring. i barely caught the article about Brandon Lloyd the other day

Thinking the same thing, dmek. There are over 1700 players in the NFL and what, maybe 2 dozen negative stories over a year's time? Some of those stories are repeat offenders, too. Once you put the numbers into perspective you start realizing that athletes in general are the same as anyone else: normal.

That is a good story. One thing we seem to forget is 95+% of the guys in the NFL are good guys. Unfortunately, the bad ones get all the press.
