Re: Fan is short for Fanatic!

Yep, I can vouch for the ugliness of this rivalry although I don't think I have ever seen anything go quite this far.

This rivalry is as strong as the Skins v Boyz rivalry back in the 70's! They hate one another and fights do break out from time to time in the local pubs because of it.

It sounds to me that the other guy just want to grab some balls.

Ironic:

Re: Fan is short for Fanatic!

I think I simultaneously laughed and cried after I read this:

"He could see both of his testicles hanging on the outside of his body," said Thomas' attorney, Carl Hughes. "He was wearing a pair of white shorts, which made it that much worse."

Ohhh the humanity! Why did he have to add that he was wearing white shorts... gruesome.

Re: Fan is short for Fanatic!

What would weird me out is the fact that the guy grabbed my BALLS.

Like, you'd think he'd have punched the guy in the face, hell, maybe stabbed him if he were crazy enough.

But no, he had to grab this guy's sack and pull his nuts out.

Re: Fan is short for Fanatic!

You think his friends kind of like, freaked out.

At first they were all liquored up, and egging him on. You know "Go get that dirty Texas fan, we're ready to rumble!" kind of mentality.

Than the dude just rips the guys balls off.

Think about the awkward couple of minutes that ensued.

Like, "Steve... I mean, we were thinking a little beat down, maybe break a beer bottle over his head or something like that. But, uh, you ripped his balls off. Like, out of his body. That's not cool dude. How did you even think of doing that, like the original idea... how did you think to do that? Did you plan that out? Is this some sort of special move you've been saving up? Not cool at all, oh, and uh, you need to find a ride home."

was the victim wearing really short george michael white shorts?
Was his sack hanging out the side?
Did the perv reach under and grab his sack and rip it off?

Re: Fan is short for Fanatic!

Quite a few years ago I was at RFK watching the Panthers and Skins and this big dude wearing a Troy Aikman jersey was being obnoxious and highly intoxicated blocking people from even watching the game (which we won though it was a Dec. game and playoffs weren't a possibility). Midway through the third I'm in the bathroom and the loudmouth is screaming and bloody next to a urinal with the ripped Aikman jersey in the urinal. Dude deserved a beatdown coming to a game your team isn't even playing in and being an ass.
Still has his balls though.

Re: Fan is short for Fanatic!

I grew up in texas and know how passionate Texas- OU rivalry is. I have seen OLD men and women get into heated arguement in a hotel when just passing each other by wearing opposing colors. I am a Texas Tech grad so I dont care.

But did he have to grad the nuts & twist???!!!!
