Tricep tear, will need surgery

Jansen and Geisinger getting MRIs (Geisinger might be done for the year too)

Will provide more details as I get them

This actually made me laugh out loud.
You and I might make a nice tackle/guard combo!

I believe Heyer is moving to LT, Fabini to RT. Rinehart will start getting some reps. And Devin Clark will be activated from the practice squad.

How about being done for good. I never liked him and think he's an over rated waste of $
If you look back over the last few seasons and were able to review the film on all the times our QB's were rushed or sacked. His ass would be to blame for a HUGE percentage of them.

didnt thomas have a tricep tear last year? he seemed to come back at full strength . . . hope you get better chris, look forward to a resurrgence next year.

man if we thought our pass pro was bad now, without samuels we might be in for some real problems against the eagles and jim johnson.

So Samuels isn't allowed to get beat at all? Give me a break. He's been a top LT in the NFL for a long time. Yes he gets beat just like every LT does. Pass rushers are going to win too.

I dissagree chris is the anchor of the line and can shut down the leagues best rushers

Sorry....not going to convince me. I've watched him closely since we got him. Came out of the gate strong but since signing him in 2005 to the ridiculous amount of $47 million +$16 million signing bonus he has been mediocre at best in his position.

I have jokingly said similar things about Samuels, but he is top five OL in NFL period. Left tackle is the most important person on team, except for QB. They face the best pass rusher on every team every play, the best are going to get beat, at times. Samuels gettig hurt, effectively ends our season, that is how good he is.

Considering that Derrick Dockery got the same deal as an inferior guard, I don't know how you can possibly complain about Samuels' salary. It's an absolute bargain for a Probowl LT. Perhaps it is true that he's overrated, many have made that point, but who would you suggest replacing him with? My guess is that you are like a lot of other people on here who criticize any player on the team who isn't "elite," advocating cutting them without considering that you have to, you know, replace them with someone.

I think we are going to come to appreciate big Chris a little more over these last three games.

Gues who they will sign, my guess is Todd Wade. Maybe, activate Devin Clark, also.
