Put in Hasselbeck!

JUST KIDDING! I REPEAT-JUST KIDDING!

Ok, who do we blame now, that we don't have Brunell to kick around any more?

thank god you were kidding, I was like oh great here we go.

I know Brunell was sucking hard, but today proved we have problems that go deeper than the QB position.

Once the coaches sit down and look at this game they'll fix it. Should have taken more shots down the field but it seemed they game planned for short-wide passes. I was surprised at the amount of drops though. That last drive where we went from 1st and goal to 1st and goal on their 45 (or close) was diabolical, all on execution.

And all those offside penalties sure slowed the offense down too........

I was about to go nuts. Seroiusly, our offense has been terrible play calling, poor play in the passing game, although for what they called for Ramsey, I didnt think he played that bad.

If brunnell would have started T.O. would have ran out of TD dances.

Matty's right on, our issues go deeper than the QB position. With all the mistakes in the second half, it reminded me of a preseason game. Our offensive has been stuck in first gear all season. Thank god our defense shows up every week and holds off our oponents as long as they can.

Our O-line (ill include the TE's as they rarely get thrown to) is a huge problem ... we get so many penalties called on us (i.e. turning first and goal at the 10 to 3rd and goal at the 30 when we have maybe the worst kicker in football), and i would define Chris Samuels as a Hyper-athletic moron ... i think in the offseason we can draft some O-line men and return Jansen, hopefully become in sync again....

it didn't look like we were using the zone running plays, and gibbs gameplan treated ramsey like he'd never touched a football before... maybe use some shotgun (which ramsey is used to), some, umm... deep passes (more than twice a game), and a new offensive coordinator that's a bit more current... as a consultant at least, if nothing else.

I think it was a decent showing for ramsey despite playing not to lose (i figure thats more on gibbs than ramsey, but it's hard to be sure how much blame to place on either)... he completed a lot of passes, many incompletions were drops vs bad throws... only one sack (got rid of the ball fast), 1 int (tipped, not due to a bad throw)...

maybe with shotgun and some of the jake plummer offense (half field reads etc designed to help him get rid of the ball quickly), he'd do better...

We have Joe Bugel coaching our oline, and hes supposed to be the best. So why dont we trust his coaching and our linemen and put more receivers on the field. Ramsey did great in the three and four receiver sets two weeks ago where he kept hitting mccants. Its hard to find an open guy and run lots of deep routes when there is only two players running routes. I disagree with Gibbs in the fact he runs max protections plays ALL game. We need to spread the ball around more and open things up
