Close calls
I just saw a graphic during the Jets-Cardinals game that said the Skins have been involved in 8 games decided by 8 points or less and our record is 3-5 in those games.
If we only had some offense who knows where we'd be right now. ![]() |

You know, I was thinking earlier what would have happened if Ramsey had been playing all along. I'm sure we wouldn't have won all of those games, but at least I have to think we would have won 3 more. That would put us in the playoffs right now. With Ramsey I think we beat the Giants, Ravens and if he wasn't down 17-0, the Bengals.

PainTrain, add to that the fact that Ramsey would be more comfortable in this offense if he'd have been starter and we'd maybe have won double that.

yeah it sucks that that's all we have to go on. i think that maybe brunell gets his few games, but #8 definitely got 2or3 too many. i think that the rest of the season and offseason tailoring ramsey will put us in position fer a good yr next season

I don't know, I believe Ramsey was still rattled from last season and he had such a poor pre-season. In retrospect, I do think going to Ramsey earlier in the season MIGHT have gave us a better chance, but then if the receivers are dropping passes it probably wouldn't have made much of a difference.

I dunno, I guess I'm kinda numb at this point. I'm not even mad about today at all.

I'm pretty much w/ Matty and a few others as well. Were 3-8, I really dont even have the reason to be mad. The Steelers were just a better football team than us, I really couldnt find anything we could have done different that would have changed the course of the game, besides play better football. Even last week vs Philly we had stupid things we could have done different that would have made a huge difference. At this point, I still watch and cheer each week, but I'm not letting it ruin my first half of the following week anymore. Especially when I am going in expecting them to lose, and I just want to see them fight hard, made me actually kinda happy today. Now, next week, I expect to win. If we lose, I'm gonan be pissed.
