Rodgers talks about redskins organization

NFL.com news: He took his heart to S.F., now Rogers fires away at Redskins

I don't think he really says much. Just complaining about not getting his contract. His comments about worrying about looking over his shoulder to see who else will start I think is just bitterness. I don't remember him, springs, or hall ever not starting, so I don't see this being 100% accurate. He's probably just exploiting our qb situation now.

He's that good. Time to lead the Packers to a 9-0 record and analyze our team. Dude's a stud

As for Carlos Rogers his comments are comical. Every team makes decisions to keep some players and get rid of others.

Or maybe Carlos forgot that he's only in San Francisco because the Niners decided to let Nate Clements go

And he's there on a one year deal no less... shouldn't he be pissed at them for not showing him the love coming through the door?

Should be interesting to see come new contract time what the 49ers think his value is vs. what he thinks.

Be interesting to see what the Redskins think he might be worth given what they have as their CBs...

Funny how Carlos steps up now though and runs his mouth like it was being a Skin that held him down excuse maker. He was decent but we know he couldnt just catch it here.

I thought the same thing. I was like, what the hell would Aaron Rodgers know about the Redskins?

Also, on a side note, I really wish CR had gotten his eyes checked here. I liked him except for the fact that he couldn't catch, and it annoys the hell out of me that as soon as he leaves Washington, he gets his eyes checked and is now playing at a great level. What, you couldn't swallow your f'n pride and get your eyes checked here? Screw him.

Even Devin Thomas got his eyes checked while here. Sad.

D.C. Sports Bog - Carlos Rogers got his eyes checked?

Quote:
"I made a comment a few weeks ago about you might need to get your eyes checked, and people think I was joking," Mitchell told Rogers during Comcast SportsNet's post-game show. "I said that because there was a guy when I played football in college, he never caught the ball, but when he got his eyes checked he begin to catch everything....Do you ever think about something like that?"

"Oh, I have," Rogers said. "There's no problem with those."

Like I said, he claimed his eye sight was fine.

Carlos is a punk bitch and that's why I've never liked him, he has always trashed the redskins, the team that gave him the chance at the NFL.. Of course he can talk shit hid team is 8-1 and we r 3-6

Wouldn't you trash your employer if you were a good performer for them, and they bought in someone from the outside to do your same job, and paid him more than you? Even though that person was perhaps not as good? You'd pretty pretty pissed too. Right? Think how Carlos felt when he watched Hall try and tackle Jake Delhomme. lol.

I think a good player works their ass off to improve their game and then moves on from the organization. He didn't need to sulk around and leave the way he left the team. Also, it is my understanding that Rogers wanted a lot of money, when his production didn't warrant it. Rogers wanted to get playmaker money and not solid player money. Maybe if he would have performed the way he is performing with the 49ers, he'd be the unquestionable #1 corner with a good contract. But he didn't, so boo-f*cking-hoo.

When he saw what Hall got I would say he wanted the same, especially since he's a better CB than Hall.

Which would have been easy for him to do if he had held on to pass thrown at his hands, since he already had the other skills. But according to our FO/coaching staff, he didn't and they let him walk after he didn't take our offer (I believe we gave him an offer).
