Around the NFL - Wildcard Playoffs

Dallas Cowboys owner Jerry Jones won't consider giving up GM title - ESPN Dallas

We can only hope Jerry stays at being the GM.

In first round matchups with teams that don't belong in the playoffs my money is always on the team that doesn't belong. Weather it be 7-9 Seattle beating the Saints or the 8-8 Chargers beating the Colts.

What type of idiot would pick the Bronco's based on a meaningless trend?

Hey I agree with your last quoted post that was in response to my post. That statement I made about the Tebow lovefest being over was in response to an article I read that stated the Broncos might be looking to draft a quarterback in the offseason despite Tebow's heroics.

Terrell Suggs goes out of his way to bash Tim Tebow - Shutdown Corner - NFL Blog - Yahoo! Sports

Now I don't really believe in God, but man was this stupid. Some players really don't need a mic in front of their face.

I did. Just easier to copy and paste it in the quick response when I had it ready then to quote you. Anyway that reminds me. When is Matty going to give up control of the forum to a real Mod?

Sickle cell trait keeps Ryan Clark out of Denver playoff game - Shutdown Corner - NFL Blog - Yahoo! Sports

Crazy. I had no idea Ryan Clark had that condition. Or maybe I did after what happened to him in 2007, but I probably forgot about it. Sucks for him. I think the Steelers will still win though.

Denver is the one team in the playoffs that an opponent can get away without having a player like Clark. Pgh is banged up but Denver makes the Redskins offense look explosive. Pgh wins this one.

This is the one game that has ugly written all over it to me.

Ben R. could sit out and they could still win big.
