havent heard the price, but im assuming based on the things the eagles usually get, the titans are giving them 4 1st rounders?

3rd round pick will likely be a starter in 2-3 years. Immediately it makes them younger, and slightly weaker on defense. It's good for them long term. If our wideout situation is noticably deeper this year, than it could be good for us. The Redskins of the last 20 years, it wouldnt matter that much because you dont need a deep secondary to cover our 1-2 threats.

Asante Samuel 1) probably top 5 currently bad locker room guys 2) skills have fallen off since going to the Eagles, sharply last season 3) Eagles FO probably top 3 in the league

Eagles probably make up quite well with the deal which is bad news for us. Wouldnt want him here, but if they are moving Rogers-Cromartie to the full time starter...thats a huge win for anybody playing them. Rogers-Cromartie is piss poor

I don't know how they do it but the Eagles make out like bandits with every trade they pull, so Tennessee will probably give them a high pick for Samuel. As far as what I think of it, either way the Eagles win imo.

How, what is it you base your opinion on,their super bowl wins?Serously the Eagles had a dream team last year and what was it they did with it.........nothing.

I think mooby was talking about how the Eagles win in their trades...they got a 2nd rounder from us for a washed up McNabb, they robbed the Cardinals blind in the Kolb trade. You need to read posts more careful.

Really, nope read it again comes off the same way.To me, to see if the trade was a win is if it benifits your team now how have these benifited the Eagles if they still don't win?Kolb should have stayed in Philly that would have been a win for them instead of Vick, and according to the post here McNabb wasn't washed up when the trade was made.

The Eagles have had one 10 loss season since 1999. The idea that they don't win is preposterous.

Unless I am mistaken, the word "win" on the post refers to the Eagles coming out as winners in the transactions that they've made. They got a 2nd rounder for a QB that ended up being worth a 6th rounder in a subsequent trade and probably is worthless now. They got a pick and a starting CB out of Kolb, a QB that came very close to being unemployed this offseason. And they got a Pro Bowl LB from the Texans for not much. The Eagles seem to always come up in a favorable situation in all of their recent transactions with other teams, therefore they are winners in that aspect.

Also, the author of the post just came and agreed with my interpretation of what he wrote. So once again, you are wrong and need to read things more carefully.
